You can really get stuck in the mundane day to day activities of life, so I am passionate about trying to keep my focus on enjoying everything with the big picture and the small moments in mind. You have to constantly remind yourself how wonderful this world is. I find that family, friends, travel, great drinks and music help keep the monotony at bay.
I was born in Tennessee, raised in Ohio, and spent a few years living in Shanghai, China. I think a city is where I really belong... I love the option of always having something to do no matter what day of the week. However, for the time being I'm trying on burb-life for size. I enjoy sports..volleyball to play and football to watch (Buckeye at heart). Travel is my passion. Family is important to me. Sarcasm makes me happy. I love movies, and yogurt covered raisins... Pair the two and I'm in heaven! I'm equally comfortable in my running shoes as I am in my 4 inch heels (and yes, I know that makes me insanely tall... deal with it). I love to paint, although I am not really that talented. I photograph people and sometimes get paid for it. And I practice playing the harmonica while I drive, not safe, but a great practice space :)
I'm at a point in my life where I'd like to find someone who challenges me in all aspects of life. I'm looking for someone who is intelligent, funny, ambitious, confident, and aware of the world around them. Someone to laugh with, travel with, and someone who refuses to settle for less.
