I am driven and know what I want. I live my life with 110% put forth. If someone else will reap the benefits, I will always expend the maximum effort. I love seeing the joy that a simple thoughtful act can bring to others. I want someone who appreciates that and who also wants to get the most out of his life.
I’ve lived in New York my whole life, but I am anything but the stereotypical New Yorker. I more so have a mix personality of West Coast meets Southern belle-ism, which I define as someone who is posed and polite with just the right amount of let loose, carefree attitude. Sweet and wild, a little feisty at times, who expects to be treated like a lady. I am kind of old-fashioned when it comes to dating. I truly appreciate it when a guy opens doors for me, is the first to call, and initiates advancing the relationship.
I love my life ... most days. I adore hanging out with my friends and value my family very much. I am the oldest of two. My 'little' brother is stationed in Afghanistan on his second tour in the Army. I was raised by my father and love him more than anything. I value his opinion and we are very close. My 5 year old boy puts the light in my heart. To be with me is to be with us essentially. My extended family is huge, and even I have lost count! I surround myself with good people, good food, and good memories. I am a romantic at heart. I enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis and interacting with the world. I look for the good in all people. I am playful and prone to laughter. Inspiring people through humor, romance, or anything that can ignite the passion within them makes me happy. And it might even make you smile, too.
But enough about me! I would love to find someone who also likes to travel and to explore what the world has to offer. I am a sucker for cleft chins: it's not a deal-breaker, but it'd be an added bonus! Immediate chemistry is a must. I can usually tell within the first five minutes of meeting someone whether or not it is there. First impressions are obviously pretty important to me and I will go out of my way to make a good one.
