Drawn from a random poll -- of (mostly) adoring friends and family:
- "He stated that he'd take a bullet for me. I almost believe him."
- "My brother's too humble for his own good. In the ultra-competive world of dating, what's that gonna get him? A person of substance? Hah!"
Um, thanks bro. Anyway, I'll say this about myself: I'd like to think I'm loyal to the right people for the right reasons. I find pretentiousness annoying, followed closely by arrogance and judgmentalness (is that a word? Probably not, but you get what I mean).
Anybody out there feel likewise? If so, give me a wink! It also doesn't hurt if you've got a sense of humor that would floor me, and you maintain a nifty balance between fierce independence and open-mindedness (wait, is that a word? Eh, never mind.)
