I am in shape, educated, well travelled and successful in my professional career and have been successful (fortunately) at most things that I have set out to do in my life (of course with a few bumps and challenges along the way). I am abit romantic, sensitive, creative (play the piano) and also socially and politically engaged in my community. Having lived in Germany for 16 years and travelled around the globe with my job during that period, I speak fluent German and have family and friends in Europe and professional connections in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. I have been "out" for nearly 30 years and 26 of those years I've been in a relationship....so I guess I'm relationship oriented. I have recently amicably separated from my partner of 19 years, with whom I continue to enjoy a wonderful friendship and business partnership. Moving forward, although I'm taking things slowly, I am interested in meeting self-confident, masculine gentlemen who are successful in their own right and who enjoy quality friendships. I appreciate men who have a wide horizon in terms of perspective on life. It is Ok if the man I meet has not travelled much, but he should enjoy travelling (since I enjoy playing tour guide!). I also appreciate men who enjoy good conversation (but I don't need to talk all the time!), who are romantic, loving and affectionate, physically fit, enjoy the outdoors and who are adventurous. Also very important: chemistry....it has to "click" between me and any potential mate...no sense in forcing something which doesn't come natural.
