I relocated to the Honolulu area about a year ago to start a new job. I spent the last year in a condo in Waikiki with a great view from Diamond Head wrapping around to the beach. But, I missed being able to do some of my hobbies that a garage would entail so I'm moving to Waikele in a few weeks.
I'm a Midwestern transplant. I've been lucky in that I've had the chance to live in a few different places around the country. I've spent the last few years in the Seattle/Tacoma area and I'll admit I'm going to miss it. Before that I was out on the East Coast near Philadelphia. It was nice for a while, but not really for me as I love the water and the mountains too much and they were too far away there.
