Hello, I'm glad you stopped by! I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky and down to earth person. I've been told by a friend that I am very bubbly and positive with a goofy sense of humor, but I can also be very serious and intense despending on the situation! I love to spend time with friends and family exploring new places and just enjoying life. I have a huge heart and tend to wear it on my sleeve.
Something pretty unique: I'm not from New York. I moved out here three years ago from coastal California for grad school. I know, I know.... I'm crazy :) I work hard and live on my own; it definitely makes me proud to be self-sufficient. Mainly, I work as manager in a retail sales position, but I also teach music lessons at a studio. I am looking for someone who loves to laugh and someone I can share everything with!
I tend to be a pretty outgoing and goofy person and love to make people laugh. But I also have a more serious side and I tend to be very practical in my decision-making. I'm also somewhat of a perfectionist, so I have high standards for myself. But, I also have been told I am a very nurturing and caring person.
My baby is a little bird named Mojo. I'm allergic to cats, but I love dogs and most other animals! In my spare time, I like to cook and entertain as well as go out to shows. I love spending time outside, especially by the water.
In a way, I guess you could say that I'm looking for the guy next door -- a guy who is humble and works hard to go after what he wants. I'd love to find a respectful guy who loves to laugh and has the same kind of passion for life.
We've all had it rough with love, so I'm hoping that chivalry and romance aren't dead. I would be impressed if you showed me they aren't ;)
