I am very passionate about my work lately, but I'm not one of those entrepreneurs that only works. I love to ski. Even more, I like to travel and ski. But I'm really on top of the world when I'm using work/research as a reason to live in various places in the world to ski. When I travel, I like reading books from the country in which I'm living.
Also, I really like cooking new things and trying different cuisines. Last month, I was in Tokyo and had some fried ginger sticks and lotus root...amazing flavors, but I think the corn ice cream craze is a bit overrated.
Even though all my family is in Chicago, I'm really close to them and we go on lots of vacations together.
I like trying new wines and beers about equally. I like the outdoors as much as checking out the latest new restaurants. Mostly, I just like exploring everything the world has to offer (the entire world) and am looking for someone to share in the adventure.
