I grew up in DC and while I moved back from NYC a few years ago, it sometimes still feels like yesterday. I really like my job, which is what brought me back, but I'm needing to spend time building a life outside of work.
I love spending time with friends finding new restaurants to try or simply visiting frequented favorite spots. I'm usually always game for grabbing some beers or a glass of wine at the bar to catch up after a day at work. Live music? I'm ready. Or, I'm also very happy those nights I stay in reading or watching TV, especially when it is cold enough out to light a fire. I'm looking to build a network here of friends, if nothing else, who enjoy doing these kinds of things as well.
Like most, I also love traveling, including day trips somewhere fun. I've been to a fair number of places and usually am always ready to go!
I am a loyal, trustworthy person who appreciates and enjoys hearing of others' experiences and points of view. It would be amiss, however, if I did not say that I do have limits when it comes to religion. Those who are religious and regularly practicing would probably find me frustrating.
Being on Match makes me a bit nervous, again like most I assume(!), but I really just hope to make connections with other people and see where it takes me.
