I have been described by friends as loyal, down-to-earth, honest and optimistic. I may be considered outgoing, but I also enjoy listening.
To challenge myself, I am training for a 5K with a local community group. I find it fun to be in a group as it makes things more fun but also pushes you. I also enjoy trying out new recipes. I do love what may be considered gourmet food, but then a hot dog at a baseball game sounds good, too. I love to go out to dinner in a nice setting and just chill out. I also like grilling on my Weber, but I haven't mastered it yet. (Maybe men really ARE better at grilling?!)
I enjoy doing home-improvement projects, whether it be buying a new carpet or picking out a new paint color for a room. I like going to Home Goods and Bed, Bath and Beyond.
I have two children and enjoy watching them play their sports. We also have fun visiting aquariums, going to movies, doing crafts, etc.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys being active and having fun but also likes to "hang out." I love to laugh, and I love a man who has a sense of humor and isn't afraid to laugh at himself or take things too seriously. I really enjoy having similar interests with someone, but I also think it's great that we're individuals and will have separate interests as well.
