I'm a Special Education teacher who has a passion for life and for teaching children. Family is the most important thing in my life. I'm extremely close with my parents as well as my two siblings. I'm a very laid back person who is willing to be spontaneous with mostly anything. My favorite hobby, yes I consider it one, is laughing. One of my favorite quotes is by Marilyn Monroe in which she said "if you can make a girl laugh, you can make her do anything". Finding someone who can make me laugh (with them but even at myself) and act silly around is also very important to me. You can typically find me quoting lines from a few of my favorite comedy movies (especially Wedding Crashers) during random everyday moments. My friends sort of expect it.
I'm easily one of the most goofy people that you might ever meet, and I'm not ashamed. Life is way too short to take seriously. I hope to find someone that I could joke around with, tease, and play pranks on all in good fun. I'm looking for an elite killer of spiders. You'll find out why later, although I'm sure you can figure it out. I hope to find someone who will love, honor & respect me. I've been provided with a great example of what a real man should be by watching my dad my whole life. I could only be so lucky to find a partner like my dad has been to my mom.
I'm ready to find the person that I could share life with, throughout the good and the bad. Life is full of twist and turns, so finding somebody who works with you through the worst of times and the best of times is special, but so rare. I have faith that God is saving that special someone just for me. Are you him?
I don't mean to sound snarky when I make the following comments, however with my 2nd go round on this thing, I've noticed some patterns. Here are some things that you can do to make sure I DO NOT respond to a message you send me:
1.) If you message me with the following message "wow, ur hot" or "wats up beautiful", I will quickly hit "no thanks" and delete your message. Although it's extremely flattering to be told those things, it's not a way to grab my attention. That's a pick up line you use at a bar. I put quite a bit of thought into my profile so that you might be able to see if I'm someone you would be interested in getting to know. Be original and be unique when you are trying to grab my attention. Tell me what you liked about my profile so that I know you are not messaging me based on my appearance alone.
2.) Don't message me if you don't have a picture. Are looks everything? No way. Physical attraction is important though, and as bad as you want to see what I look like, I would like the same. 99.9% of the people on Match are not immediately attracted to the most well thought out profile, let's be honest, what grabs our attention is the picture. While we are on the topic of pictures, if all of yours are of you drinking and/or your pets/cars....c'mon man.
