Amateur Softball Association Hall of Fame Member in the Umpire category. Have officiated Kansas High School sports for 39 years, and still active. Vietnam veteran, US Army, and yes, I am sane. Retired from the BNSF Railway, was bought out in 2003. Love to golf, and play almost everyday, and am a member of the Great Life Golf and Fitness Club in Topeka.
Getting ready to start my 40th year of officiating basketball, and 40th year of umpiring softball. Regional Umpire in Chief for the Amateur Softball Association headquartered in Oklahoma City. Have traveled in 45 states and Europe teaching the art of softball umpiring.
Have a daughter and 2 grandchildern in New Jersey and a son and 3 grandaughters in Kansas City. Trips to Jersey always include a day in NYC for a Yankees game.
Currently have my home up for sale, and at some point in time, relocation is not out of the question if and when I find that special someone. I find it difficult to talk about myself, but I am a professoinal, respectful, healthy and fit gentleman, who is seeking the same in a new partner. I am confident there is someone out there looking for the same thing. And if you are concerned about my age, most people guess me as being in my 50's, which is quite flattering.
