I think elegance can be casual and that gracefulness is compatible with fits of laughter. I'm a New England girl at heart, but have spent the last 7 years in NYC, which has become my second home (although I'll always love my home teams...go sox!)
I think of myself as outgoing, thoughtful and kind. I am lucky to have an amazing family and group of friends that I try to see as often as possible. I like to make the best of whatever I'm doing. I'm an active person - I love pretty much anything relating to the mountains (skiing, apres skiing, hiking, etc). Since the mountains aren't the easiest from NYC, I've been getting more into running the last few years - the next half will be Boston in the fall!
I always try to have a good mix of things going on outside of work from trying new restaurants to catching up with old friends in new cities (suggestions welcome!) to volunteer teaching in a local public high school.
I love to cook - especially bake - and my coworkers often complain that I'm killing their diets (but they also complain when it's been more than a couple weeks since the last time I brought something in).
As for what I'm looking for...first and foremost, he is genuine and kind. I'd like someone who is active and always up for a new adventure. Someone who I can laugh with even when life isn't perfect, and someone who makes me smile just thinking about him.
