Stop right there, take your time, I think you may have just found who you are looking for, and in no way is MY opinion biased.
Here's a short bit about what I do or have done, feel free to ask me all about any of it, I'd be happy to discuss. That is of course, only AFTER you scan through my photos and make snap judgments based on looks :) ...it's all quite a ruthless dating game and I can't wait for it to stop :)
But I digress...below is a short list of what I do in life, hopefully it helps to answer the cute "tell me ten random things about yourself" question (and if I get that question now, I'll know you didn't read my text : OR you are funny and just giving me a hard time [which would actually be one of my favorite approaches, and now you know a secret]).
As a career I am an Aerospace Engineer and I design rocket and jet engines.
I have a secret level clearance for 2 different countries.
I paint and have an art gallery online and sell paintings.
I started a humor news website online with some of my friends as a side business.
I live by the beach, I surf, I kayak, I wakeboard.
I love hiking, camping, and snowboarding and I used to be a snowboarding instructor.
I am currently in flight school training to get my pilot's license.
I was recently published in a magazine for my engineering work on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
I've won a couple National awards for engineering in college.
I went to Collegiate Nationals for Judo and was ranked 26th in the nation in my weight class.
I race racecars as a hobby with my family, I built my car myself, I helped my dad write and publish his racing book, and I helped design his World Speed Record holding racecar,
I lived in Germany for half a year and traveled all over Europe.
I'm a Tech Sergeant in the Air National Guard as a F-16 engine mechanic.
I served in Operation Iraqi Freedom after September 11th and thus I am a US Veteran.
I am a volunteer for the San Diego Surfrider Foundation, I've donated some of my art for Special Olympics charity fundraisers, I volunteer for Challenged America, I volunteer for the American Heart Association, I volunteer as an Engineering mentor for various High School Science teams,
I put together a beach volleyball team for volleyball Wednesdays here in South Mission Beach.
I sometimes kick it nerdy and have zombie movie night with my buddies.
But most importantly I am a loving and loyal brother, friend, and companion.
It all sounds super busy, and it's certainly a mouthful now that I've actually typed it out and I'm looking back up at it, but don't let it seem overwhelming. What's not on that list is that I am a classic romantic and have a big heart, I just have nowhere to point it yet. I have a full life, but there is a big missing spot in all of it that needs you to fill it. I want to share all of this and much more with someone I love. I want to try all the things you have to offer as well. I am looking for an adventure partner, an equal, someone passionate, someone who loves to travel, is driven, loves to try new things, loves to be social, but also knows the perfect amount of being social and being alone together. I'm looking for someone fun and generally considered by her friends as an awesome person. Once I find you, I am happily done with this difficult search and I'll focus on being your hero, your favorite person, the one person you instantly think of first to call when you are in trouble or need someone by your side... your foreverfriend :)
What else? Well, take a quick second and shoot me an email, I would love to hear from you. I am excited about what this might bring, internet dating is strange I think, but I am hopeful. I am a good-hearted Midwestern guy with Midwestern values now living here in SD (year and a half now), I love it, I have no plans of leaving, I have a great group of friends here, it all just needs YOU.
