However, I did join the Navy at 17 and traveled the world, mainly southeast Asia. I lived several years in Japan and spent the rest of my time in Hawaii. I feel extremely balanced and grounded and attribute the majority of it to exercise and diet, but on the whole, a lot of it has to do with staying optimistic and never losing sight of goals and dreams. Taking control of your present situation and making a change instead of waiting for change will always yield a more promising result.
