As much as I love talking, I seriously can't stand talking about myself! I have been in Houston or Katy about 15 years and love that there are always new things popping up to do here. I’m one of those always on-the-go people (either for work or play) but I do like to turn off the phones and decompress whenever possible. I'm a huge animal lover so my match would ideally like them as well. I ride horses, love college football, baseball games, wine, music and I will try most anything once-if it doesn't involve jumping off or out of anything! I have spent a lot of time traveling in the past and would love to do it more if I had the right person to travel with. I love NYC, Italy and the Napa Valley, everyone there is sooo happy (wonder why?) I'm a pretty decent cook, having grown up in Louisiana and like to entertain when I can. I really enjoy college football and spend a lot of my Saturdays in the fall going to Aggie games. I also love the outdoors and while I don't hunt, I'll eat almost anything someone else does :-)
My friends would probably describe me as easy going, fun and fluent in sarcasm. I can't resist any occasion to say something clever--even when I shouldn't :-) More than anything, I value honesty in my friendships and relationships. I am drawn to people who are positive, genuine, smart and can relax and enjoy a good conversation. I can sit and talk for hours, but I'm a very good listener too. I am also a firm believer in chemistry--it's either there or not.
What I'm looking for...Someone who knows what they want out of life and in a relationship, and someone with a generally happy outlook towards life. I like men who aren't afraid to speak up and have an opinion-even if it's different than mine. There has to be some give and take on both sides in any relationship and while I am quite independent, I love romance and long to be swept off my feet. If you are handy and can fix things, that is great too because I'm always breaking something! Above all, I am looking for someone who I have great chemistry with and can make me laugh and laugh at himself..someone who doesn't take himself too seriously all the time because life should be fun if nothing else.
