I love exercising and I do work out almost everyday to make me feel great! :) I do love doing a cardio kickboxing classes, cycle classes and strength core classes lil bit of hip hop dance classes also. I do teach a cardio kickboxing class a week at a small gym that gives me joy to see my students smile and they are enjoying!
