I'm a Colorado native and take pride in being a local girl. If you're from out of state you will have instant street cred by hanging with me, and if you're from Colorado we can laugh about how all of our halloween costumes as a kid had to incorporate a winter coat.
I have my degree from CU and really enjoy what I do for work (read: I have my crap together). During the week I stay active by running and exercising my brain (and drinking skills) at trivia. Now that the cold is upon us, I want to get back to my acoustic guitar and learning to sew/knit - yes I will make you an awesome beanie, maybe even a scarf if you're lucky.
I really enjoy live music (really who doesn't) - notable concerts this past summer were The Shins, Bon Iver, Of Monsters and Men, Portugal. The Man, Zac Brown Band, The Walkmen, The Xx and Elephant Revival.
Finding someone outdoorsy is important to me. Hikes with my dog, camping, backpacking, mountain/road biking, snow shoeing and running are some of my favorite activities. Skiing is another passion, I have a RMSP and will call in sick on a bluebird day. Don't get me wrong though, as much as I can rough it I still love a night on the couch every once in awhile.
I'm looking for someone who shares at least some of my interests, but can also teach me a thing or two about their hobbies as well. I am a seeker of knowledge :) A great sense of humor is a must, the wittier the better. I would rather spend money on experiences rather than "things" and I'm looking for someone who values that as well. I'm really enjoying life right now and just looking for someone to share that with! So here it goes...
