I was born in Bangkok, grew up in Tokyo and Washington, DC, went to school in North Carolina, and have spent the last chunk of my life in NY.
I love adventure and travel- I've been everywhere from safari in Kenya and the Ice Hotel in Sweden to the trekking the Inca Trail in Peru. I just learned how to surf last winter in Mexico and have been to a hiking/kayaking/yoga retreat on an island off Rio. But I also love the simple things in life, like going on hikes or cooking a big brunch on the weekends. Another simple pleasure would be food- watching the food network, trolling fishmongers and butchers- especially when I travel, trying new restaurants, visiting farmers markets....
My family and friends are really important to me, and I try to surround myself with good people. I'm looking for someone I share common interests with, who shares my sense of fun and adventure, and wants similar things in life as me.
