I'm a country girl at heart who loves the life and culture of big cities. I love long walks outside, going on adventures whether abroad or in my own city, watching live theatre and music, going to the fall country fairs or festivals around the city and sharing great conversation over a dinner out or in.
After I finished school, I spent the rest of my 20's taking care of my travel bug. I've worked on cruise ships, been a tour guide, backpacked and generally lived a gypsy life. I love travel and there are still many places I'd like to see, but I'm now living a more settled life "on land". I teach dance and theatre and am the manager of the dance studio I work at. It's a great job with wonderful kids and families and I get to teach what I love. On the side, I also have my own business.
I've had a lot of life adventures and experiences, so I have endless stories. I hope to find someone who also has lots of experience to bring to the table - whether that experience is from education, work, travel, life, doesn't matter. We need to keep each other interested.
My perfect match is comfortable with silence but has plenty to talk about. You're confident but not arrogant. You're a responsible adult who can still play and laugh like a kid. You're intelligent but down to earth. You're physically active, but you also love to eat (I love to cook, bake and host dinner parties). You can be serious, but don't take yourself too seriously. I have lots going on in my life and hope you do too - but we will both want and make time for each other.
I want to meet someone to share adventures and inevitable day-to-day stuff with. But finding the right person is more important to me than just finding someone. I'm not entirely convinced that online dating will work, but I'm an open-minded girl.
