I’m the kind of woman who is excited to get ready for a date--a first date or if we’ve been going out for years. I luxuriate in the shower, slip in and out of various dresses and skirts, curl my hair. I like the feel of lipstick and gloss on my lips, silky lingerie, soft, shimmery fabrics.
I crave my running shoes, and the feeling I get when my heart pounds and I’m in the rain, completely drenched. Sometimes, I want a ski run just out of my reach, and I feel scared but exhilarated. Slide me into a hot tub at the end of the day and play footsie with me, and I'll be all gooey and relaxed...
If it's raining, I love to be in bed in the afternoon, lingering in silky sheets, the softest robe, waking up next to someone special, while the world waits…
It turns me on to be on the open road, speeding to a weekend getaway. The car is gripping the turns as the mountains, ocean and company capture my attention and calm my soul. Usually I stumble on a hidden cafe or restaurant where they serve something delicious -- the locals' secret...Maybe there's a dive bar, live band, or club and I can play stranger on the scene, dance until it's late (or early)...
I delight in my work and in a community we've created -- helping people accomplish their health goals and making people feel good. It's pure joy.
