I'm a spiritual, positive-minded woman who is an experiential learner and who loves animals, children, people, good music and the great out-doors.
I am someone who is different and do things according to what feels right to me and doesn't follow others. I have raised my children and done an awesome job and now I am pursuing my own education in many ways. I have always had my own businesses and love the liberty it gives me in not having to punch a clock and do what I love.
One of my favorite things is going to Irish music pubs and playing my fiddle at jam sessions.
I love my family and have a terrific relationship with my two children.
I love to spend time outside and either going for a walk or a hike, a bike ride or ski in the winter. The outdoors for me, I have found it to be spiritual, having a deep sense of beauty and a chance to be in touch w/ myself as well as enjoying getting healthy.
I'm looking to spend time with someone who likes to do things at home and also like to go do fun things like go to the movies, art shows, shopping or just listening to some terrific folk music, folk festivals is a plus.
Just for fun, I like to remodel bathrooms and am dying to redo my kitchen as I have found out that I love natural stone tile. I have a knack for designing with tile and it is sooo much fun to be creative.
This year I have pursued some really different things with personal development and really understand myself better: trusting both myself and others, support and learning what to ask for and what I want. It's ok not to be a lone ranger. I like people who are positive minded, no negative people, thanks! I am an independent woman who needs her alone time and I love the company of someone who cares to have deep conversations and is interested in mutual discussions about life. Isn't life fascinating!
I like to do a variety of activities and it is a key for me for having fun, although I do seem to go back to some old favorites, like crafts, skiing and camping and music events w/ friends, enjoying wine tasting (red is my fav) or just hanging out with friends. I like being home and bbq on the deck or having a picnic in the mtns. Lots of things to do in Denver and the mtns. Let's go do them together!
