I am a big believer in staying in shape. I work out 4-6 times per week and It works! I wear the same size jeans as I did in college. I just feel good when I exercise. When outdoors.....hiking, downhill skiing, and swimming. One of my great memories is climbing Mt St Helens with my sister. It was a gorgeous day and the volcano was rumbling...truly awe inspiring.
You will not find me watching reality TV but do like a good series like Mad Men and have recently discovered the beauty of Netflix and being able to watch episodes on my schedule. I enjoy reading and It is not unusual for me to have 2-4 books going at any one time on my reader. I also love to tour historic homes and cities.
I have a great circle of friends and value my relationship with them. I enjoy going for a martini and oysters at happy hour and prefer to do so with friends and/or an attractive and smart man. I am quite centered in my life but I do have a wild side that sneaks out on occasion. I have a successful career and travel often on business and like to extend some of my trips into weekends when I am in a great area.
I had a good marriage that lasted 10 years. In the long run it didn't work out but I have nothing but fond memories and no regrets at all. There is no emotional baggage just appreciation for the wonderful times and best wishes for the next stages in our lives.
So as far as the online dating purpose, I am looking to meet someone who will enhance my life. If you are interested in a woman that can communicate, is comfortable in her own skin, financially responsible, likes to be active and yet loves a down day on occasion and is just fun to be around you are reading the right profile. I have yet to meet someone who didn't tell me I am much better in person than my pictures but that would be up to you to decide.
