Let's see. In a nutshell: Youngest of 11 nutballs from Michigan. I have called Cali home for a decade and will never look back! I have found myself in a serious profession overseeing several financial institutions... a far cry from the imagined outcomes I had at various ages in my life: 5 years old: Princess. 8 years old; General Hospital star opposite Rick Springfield; 11 years old; Professional snowmobile driver; 14 years old: Harvard Law School Grad; 16 years old: professional Cure groupie;18 years old: Professional make up artist; 21 years old: drunk; 26; Doctor; 29; Commercial writer; 32: saying yes to a bank job sure that it would only be until I was discovered as a Stand up comedian.
So- given the circumstances many people find themselves in, I'm really, really lucky. I have managed to make some pretty good decisions like actually saying "no" to drugs-- well, more like crying and running out of the room the one and only time I saw illicit drugs.. I have also made the great decision to be a dog lover- my life is infinitely better because of it.
I went to Egypt before all hell broke loose, decided not join a strange man in his hotel room in Rome, I avoid Big Macs and Coke, stayed very close with my friends and most of my family (remember- there are 11 of us, it's a numbers game), bought a house that's too big for me so I always have friends around and never got sucked into the club scene.
Love a good debate, hate a good fight. I think your brain can do far more good than fighting. Talking usually does the trick for me. I'm a crier! Not over life issues, but you put that ASPCA dog commercial on and I'm a goner, pledging money monthly at two in the morning begging the man on the phone to take the commercial off the air.
I am looking for the person I click with. There's a line between someone you want as a close friend and someone you want to see naked. I need someone who will challenge me-- as the youngest of 11, I have developed a big, strong personality and need the same.
I am financially independent and am looking for someone else who has a little discretionary income to throw around doing fun things.
Travel, fun, concerts, 80's parties, zombies, horror movies, laughing when other people are stressed and when they fall down (sorry, it's funny)- all these things are a plus. I don't have kids, but if yours won't pinch my dogs, I'm good with that.
Can't really describe a perfect match so much as I can spot when there isn't one. We all think we're great, and we're looking for someone equally as great... right?
I love to cook for grateful or ungrateful people because I just like the act of it. I'm a neat freak but expect it of nobody else, I'll walk behind you picking up your crumbs.... I've never been mean to an animal. I have been mean to people and have regretted it, gone through hell to find them and make amends. Mean isn't in me anymore. Sassy is though. I still have 1681 words left but feel that perhaps I have said enough for now?
