I will try to keep it short, simple and clear. But before that, I have some statements to make. 1. I DO NOT live in San Jose. I'm in Hanoi, Vietnam. When I registered to this site and clicked "United States" for country, I meant to know guys here. The site forced me to fill in with a zip code for me to go ahead. Because I have one friend in San Jose so at that time San Jose zip code was the only thing I know without googling. 2. My main purpose of joining this site is to make friends with nice people. I will consider going further with someone if I find that special one. 3. Why US guys? 2 reasons: (i) I'm a linguist. I study the language and I want to communicate with native speakers; (ii) I want to pursue my Master Degree in the States and it's good to know the people out there before actually going there. And now here goes.... About me: I’m outgoing, sociable and humorous. More often you’ll find me in the center of a crowd. I’m honest, truthful and straight-minded. I don’t tell lies and don’t like people lying to me. I’m a person of extreme. I have clear viewpoint on almost everything. Rarely do I set myself in middle of something. Of course I’m sometimes in conflict with myself, especially when it comes to emotional things but I figure it out quite quickly. But don’t worry, I’m loyal and never a two-timer. I’m open and traditional, simple and complicated, romantic and grounded. But I have a lovely personality. Don’t believe it? Get to know me better and you’ll see. I’m positive and happy. You can always see smile on my face. Sometimes I’m in bad mood but it can never get me down for more than 30 minutes. I know how to lift my feelings up. All in all, each of us has only one life to live and I don’t wanna waste a second for being sad and depressed. I hold a Bachelor Degree in English for interpreting and translating. I have worked for 3 development projects funded by the World Bank and Asian Development Bank before joining a commercial bank as an interpreter in early this year. I love this job of an interpreter as it gives me opportunities to travel to remote places, to see and to know more. I love traveling, hanging out with friends and singing. Karaoke is one of my most favorite free-time activities. I was kind of well known at college for singing on the stage. About my family: I was born and raised in Haiphong in a family of my grandparents, my mom and younger brother. My dad is in Germany. My brother is 2 years younger than me and is married with a son. And my mom means the whole world to me. All family members are living in Haiphong while I live alone in Hanoi with my Samoyed dog named Marko. Marko is 9 months old as of September 17, 2012, very playful and lovely. I love dogs and cats and any animals with cute and chubby look. That’s enough about me, huh? So about who I am looking for... Hmmm, it’s hard to describe my Mr. Right because I’ve never developed any set of indicators for him. Anyway, he should be interesting. By saying “interesting”, I mean that he can talk to me for hours without getting bored and without making me bored also lol. He should also be smart, good looking and have a good sense of humor. I’m always impressed with people who can make me laugh. It would be a big advantage if he can play the guitar. What else? Let me think, he should love animals because I believe that people with love for animals are kind-hearted. And that person must be someone who appreciates my strengths, understands my weaknesses and can make me a better me. Oops, I intended to make it short and it turns out to be this long. Thanks for reading all of this. I truly appreciate that. People say I’m weird but I know I’m a “limited edition”
