I am a single mom of a beautiful 3 year old little girl and was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky (I really do love this town)! I graduated from UK in 2004 with a bachelor's in journalism, and currently I am seeking a second degree in dental hygiene in order to help my sister's dental practice grow. Being a mom, student and working part-time from home keeps me very busy, but I still try to find time to enjoy my friends, family and life in general.
I would not call myself a homebody, but I do love a home-cooked meal and a glass of wine while winding down the day and watching a movie or spending time with family and friends. When a moment of time presents itself, I do love to get out and watch a local band; enjoy a beer while watching sports or just being around friends.
I think that a good match for me would be laid back and enjoy being around family. Having a sense of humor and wit is important. I love to laugh and I love to make others laugh, even if it is about me. Someone who enjoys the little romantic things in life would fit perfect into my world. A card to say I love you goes further in my book than jewelry or any other materialistic item. Being driven and accomplishing goals is a turn on.
I want a simple life with friendship, respect, love, laughter and family.
