I have recently graduated Nursing School which was very demanding, but I still found plenty of time for my amazing children and their soccer. I love listening to country music and catching a concert or 2 in the summer. Recently some of my friends have me going out a little more and just enjoying the company. I am someone that a lot of my friends and family confide in because of my loyalty. I grew up learning that true friends are hard to come by, but with honesty and trust those friends will always be there. I hope to someday find that one life long friend to always be by my side, just as I am there for him.
I grew up playing any sport that came my way, but always had a love for softball. At 30 years old I found myself back in school at Miami and took a shot at playing fast pitch with girls that were 10 years younger than me, but I was more than capable of keeping up and sometimes out playing the younger girls. More recently, I have played a little soccer with other parents, but nothing too serious.
Family is also extremely important to me. I have two sisters, one is 5 years older and the other is 11 years younger than me, but I can go out with either of them and have a great time...they are 2 of my best friends and will always be there for me. We often have family gatherings at my parent's house for birthdays or just to have that famiy time. My parents have taught me how important having that family unit is and I my goal is continuing that tradition with my own children.
In a partner, I can't say that I really have a "type", just someone that is honest and true. I am not generally attracted to a man that takes pictures of himself more than my teenage daughter, but rather someone that has confidence in who he is as a person..
