(First of all , don't think I'm conceited because I'm a "Superstar", it's just an inside joke.)
I am actually a very down-to-earth, honest and loving person. My two boys are number one in my life, but they are getting to the age where they are more independent, so I am trying to expand my social life to some extent. Ideally I am hoping to find my best friend and partner - with the ultimate goal being quit Match forever!!!
About me: There are a lot of things I like to do...I love being outdoors, especially in the warmer months. Although I do enjoy downhill skiing in the winter. I used to be a competitive swimmer and equestrian in my younger days, so I am pretty comfortable around water and horses! LOL. Love walking with my dog in the Metroparks or at the beach; I'm pretty versatile - and like going to the theater as well as shooting pool; I love to travel, but also enjoy staying home and working on my house and yard. Since I do have two boys, I have learned to launch a rocket, shoot a layup, and throw a spiral. . But don't worry, I can also be a girly girl sometimes!
I am basically looking for someone strong but kind, open, honest, fun to be with, who has integrity and is interested in spending the time to develop a connection and maybe a relationship at some point. Being athletic and active is a definite plus. I would also like someone who doesn't mind being romantic occasionally (holding hands, candlelight dinners, etc) and someone who is willing to work on a relationship, even when it's not always fun. I also understand that it's OK and necessary to have separate interests and don't expect my partner to do everything with me or give up doing things with his friends.
