I live in a healthy lifestyle. enjoying outdoor sports, jogging, hiking, rock climbing, travelling, also love indoor activities such as watch a nice movie, read an interesting book or surfing on internet. I join yoga class twice a week, i like to feel my mind/body connection, feel the breath flow, the flexible of the limb.
