My children, family, cycling, and my life in the South Bay are things that I am most passionate about. I believe that life is too short to get bothered by the little things. Things in life happen for a reason...good or bad. The key is to learn from these lessons. I have a saying "Life is like a classroom...one can either sit in the back and snooze or sit in the front seat and pay attention". I prefer to sit in the front.
I am the father of two incredible teenage daughters who live with me full time. They have taught me so much about love, patience, and being selfless. I hope the person I meet has those qualities too. This person must also have a wicked sense of humor. Laughter is so very important. The darkest day can be brightened with a smile and a good laugh.
Cooking is another one of those things on the passion list. I love to cook, especially pizza. I make my own pizza dough from scratch and it makes all the difference. I enjoy trying out new dishes and am constantly trying to improve my craft. A perfect night is cooking, wine, and relaxing.
I hope the person I find loves food, children, being healthy, wine, and realizes that life is too short not to enjoy it.
