Adventure and spontaneity when appropriate keep my life exciting, while at the same time I value discipline and ambition. I love to laugh. My dream guy will laugh at my jokes. I am funny, and you better be, too. :) My personality is assertive and I speak what is on my mind. I appreciate real, genuine friendships and seek opportunities to serve. I believe we are responsible for our own happiness. I own my own gym teaching gymnastics and tumbling. Physical activity is an important part of my life. Running, biking and spending time outdoors are my favorite ways to blow steam and rejuvenate.
The man I am looking for is kind; the type of guy that wakes up 20 minutes earlier to shovel snow from the elderly man's driveway next door. He is selfless, and radiates goodness through his heart. Someone who inspires me to be my best self. I envision a relationship beginning as best friends while learning the way to each other's heart. Open communication, giggles, respect, honesty and charity create a strong foundation. No nonsense. My life is very full, and I hope to someday find a man I can share it with. It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool, for love, your dreams, or the adventure of being alive. It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow. If you have been opened by life's betrayals, or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain. It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself.
I am a mother to three beautiful children (6, and twins 4) who are my greatest joy. We enjoy riding bikes (bombing down stairs on our bikes may I add), scootering, boating, water-skiing, and jumping off the diving board to see who can touch the bottom of the pool first. I strive to keep them interested in physical activity and having fun the old-fashion way...outside. We play hard!
The gospel is my foundation, and I look for the same values in a future spouse.
