I was born in Taiwan and have lived in Sydney, New York, and Chicago. Moved to LA after finishing my MBA and am currently a partner at a hedge fund on the west side -- working with a close friend and love it!
Politically, I am liberal, passionate, and actively involved. Like most men, I am a HUGE sports fan. I try to approach everything with child-like enthusiasm because that is the only way I know how (and plus it would be too boring otherwise!)
I equally enjoy the Friday night out as well as the Sunday afternoon hike. My favorite artists include Mayer Hawthorne, Tiesto, and, yes, Cat Powers.

If you were to ask my closest friends about me, they would most likely say something along the lines of... "he can be intellectual, serious, all business for a while, but whenever he gets the chance, he flips that 'silly switch' and becomes CAPTAIN WILDCHILD!" Okay, perhaps not in those exact words, but you get the point. Life is way too short not to... well, enjoy it.
To be slightly more introspective, I would describe myself as someone who is open-minded, soft-hearted, and sees the world as a place flooded with endless possibilities. As such, I am easily talked into doing wait-why-did-I-do-that-again things, attracted to unconventionality, and not someone who only sees things in black and white -- but rather, many shades of grey.

I seek a soul mate. I appreciate a relationship with emotional depth. I have come to learn that it's important for me to find someone who I can sit down and have long dinners with, meaningful conversations with...it's important that we can communicate on the same emotional frequency.
I also very much appreciate a women who is intellectually curious and isn't afraid to speak her mind, who is accepting and empathetic. It's nice to meet you ;).
