Fishing, like dating, takes patience...lucky for me, I have patience!
Who am I?
I am a woman, who is not too old to believe in fairytales, but old enough to realize that my knight's armor might be a little bit squeeky...or rusty...or both!
I am an animal lover, who is compassionate enough to take in a few (keyword "few") rescue pets but I am not crazy enough to be known as the scary lady, down the block who hoards animals...and more!
I am a Social Worker, who loves my career and who gets personal rewards from helping out clients. Never fear, I will not analyze your every move and I know when to say "no" and I am not married to my work (or anything for that matter).
I am a Phoenix...as the motto goes! I am proud of my academic accomplishments but I wouldn't want to live out my college days again.
I am a mother, who loves my son with all my heart. I believe in parenting first, and friendship second.
I am a friend, who cherishes close friendships, who is somewhat quiet but a great listener and always up for a good laugh. I am also the go-to girl..an organizer of sorts...the one who loves to entertain or set up the perfect night out (or in!)
I am a Grobanite (bonus points if you can tell me what this is, WITHOUT asking someone or looking it up)!
Who are you?
Hopefully you are a decent catch! You have a kind heart, feasible dreams, and are in a good place in your personal and professional life. You are a protector but not a bully...beating up on old people, clowns, etc is NOT a sign of being macho!
You love to laugh, and know how to laugh when the time is right. You're silly, kind of nerdy in a sexy sorta way! You're open minded and understand that it's ok for us to have some different interests but also important to share some common ground.
You are also honest! If your profile status is divorced, that is ok...as long as you are actually divorced! If you are seperated, in my eyes you're still married; I am a classy lady, who does not date married men!
So, I'm baiting my hook, casting my line and wondering what will bite. No one is perfect; a rusty knight just might be my sink, line and hook!
