Hi there. I grew up in Southern California and Oregon and first moved to SF for college. I've moved a lot since and most recently moved back here from Colorado where I went to grad school. I try to stay positive, appreciate life and be honest (no white lies). I feel most at home in the outdoors, but am terrified of spiders and bugs that scurry. So, I like a man that can build a good fire and set up a tent. I love hiking, biking, boating and camping and really want to go on a backpacking trip and/or hike Half Dome this year since I'm sad I haven't done it yet. I signed up for a few triathlons this year, so started training for those and haven't been able to go out as much as I used to. Oh, and concerts and music make me really happy. I think online dating seems like a great way to broaden my horizons and meet people I would probably never meet through my friend group etc.
A few things I know that I need in someone I'm dating: appreciate music, outdoorsy, active, driven, confident and down to earth. It really comes down to the energy and vibe (for lack of a better word) between you.
