Where matters of the heart are concerned, I believe that most of us, myself included, don't know what we want until we get it. Therefore, I've decided not to list an array of qualities that I deem desirable. Instead, I simply choose to describe myself with the goal of attracting a kindred spirit. This web site guarantees that you'll find love, but nothing is guaranteed in this life. Nothing is promised. Each day is a precious gift, not an entitlement. If I don't experience that notion of love portrayed in timeless literature, the kind where a vial of poison is more desirable than the thought of being apart, I won't consider myself to be cheated. I am simply thankful for the time that I have and the wonderful people in my life.
Having said that, here goes. I believe we are far more similar than we are disparate. Religion, race, economic status, and political affiliation are all covers, ornate and rugged, on the books of humanity. In the end, we're just ordinary people trying to live ordinary lives. First and foremost, I am a citizen of the world and am concerned with the welfare of my neighbor, as well as the man, woman, and child located on the other side of the planet. I love being in nature, water especially. Wherever I go, I always find my way to it. I would much rather do something, than talk about it. I try to learn something everyday and consider education to be an ongoing process, not a destination. I can go on, but I'll stop here.
