I am an attractive, intelligent, educated 39 year old mother of one. I am most proud of my education and my wonderful 7 year old daughter. I am grateful for my health, family and friends. I have a great sense of humor. I have no current social life as I am recently divorced. It was a long time coming so I am not in a traumatized state nor am I interested in any type of quick rebound relationships. I would enjoy knowing there are successful, professional men out there with which I may be compatible!
I am devoted to my daughter. She's the best thing that ever happened to me. I am interested in finding someone who may or may not have children of their own but who would definitely not mind a family trip to the beach several times per summer. We love the water. I have a solid, professional job that provides for interesting stories and I love to laugh. I understand at our age, most of us are going to be divorced for one reason or another or at least have a significant ex but no drama with the ex would be a plus. I can play well with others.
I enjoy staying in as well as going out. Movie or game night at home is fine with me or the occasional night out on the town would be fun, too. I'd love to be able to travel. I have not had the opportunity to do that yet. I have been on one cruise to the Bahamas in my lifetime. I think I would most enjoy tropical places or just about anywhere in the USA but Vegas is definitely on my bucket list.
I can sit down and have dinner with your parents or I can shoot pool and have a drink with your friends. I'm fairly easy going and just enjoy the simple things in life: family, friends, laughter, warm weather (I'm originally from Michigan; too cold), good music, etc. I don't have to be entertained every minute of every day. I am not high maintenance or high drama. If you're looking for Barbie, I'm not her. I'm your average American girl but smart as a whip and ready to begin a new chapter in my life.
