I'm a farm-raised country girl living between DC and New York and have found myself occasionally based elsewhere for work (lived in NZ, London, HK, etc). I work in consulting and enjoy the flexibility (re: hours and locational possibilities) and challenge my career affords. I love crazy travel and appreciate others who also know how to properly maneuver an airport security line - whether it's with a carry-on perfectly sized for the overhead of an A320 or a pack ready for a couple weeks outdoors...
I love big dogs, dark beer, and beach/mountain activities (ski - surf - kayak - bonfires). I'm into design (currently on a Danish/ Scandinavian kick and mid-reno on my little apt), and devouring periodicals (favs: FT, Monocle, Dwell, Economist)
