Hi everybody! I want to find somebody to do fun activities with, care for, connect with, joke with, relax with, encourage, and grow old with, ideally. I will want to make you laugh. Personality wise, I figure you can get a sense of me by reading my profile and looking at the pictures. I am not only this way or that way. I will say that I have been told by many different kinds of folks in my life that I am genuine, personable, cute, and funny. Beyond that, meeting up to see if we compliment each other is the best.
I am a teacher, which I gain a lot of fulfillment from, have fun with ( most of the time grrrr... haha), and feel very at home with.
I have traveled a fair amount. The last place I went was Thailand nearly 4 or so years ago. My favorite trip was Brazil. I am on a bit of a break from traveling right now, obviously, but I would like to continue at some point. I enjoy camping! I take a lot from being outdoors and away from the busy, but very good life for a few moments.
As much as I like adventure now and again, I do love being local! I like the 'stuff' I do like working on my 100 yr old house, hanging out with good friends, and aerial silk tissue!! :) Yes, I perform, but I make a point not to perform too often so it doesn't overtake my life too much. I do practice a lot, though, these days. I like getting coffee with a friend, watching movies/videos, rock climbing occasionally with a buddy (yes,in the gym these days), etc... I am a little bit of an artist (just fun for me). I also like to be at least mildly aware of the world around me. I am not into huge debates/discussions with friends about politics, though. Going out to dinner and a drink at a fun restaurant is great. Last night I saw a live jazz show, for the first time, with a couple of friends and it was super interesting. I'll go see music if someone invites me and I like them :) I am a creature of habit in many ways, so I consider it good for me and a chance to be with friends.
I would like my guy to have a groomed, yet natural way about them. I want a guy who is a gentleman and knows how to take control and lead the way sometimes, as well as be fairly emotionally intelligent. I would like for you to respect the environment. This means that I will want to take Bart across the bay, if possible, for example. I like when a man has at least one thing that they are good at/practice/work on. If you are a road biker, I could join you sometimes since I used to do that a bit. Right now, my bike is used often for trips to nearby locations. If you think we might get along, please EMAIL me.
