I'm a smart, optimistic, goal oriented guy with a great sense of humor. I've spent the last year and a half taking classes at UCLA (science classes mostly) to get into graduate programs for healthcare. I'll be starting nursing school full-time for a second degree this summer which I'm excited about - but not all the studying every night. I went to college in Northern California and studied economics/finance a while ago, and then worked in that industry in SF for a few years until deciding that I was still young enough to do something new with my life. I realized that working with and helping people would give me more satisfaction down the road than building financial spreadsheets on Excel.
I'm around 5'10", 155 lbs, very tan, and pretty fit more or less. I enjoy going to the gym regularly and eating healthy in order to stay youthful, healthy, and fit. My new favorite thing is making healthy protein smoothies everyday for breakfast. Yes, all those juicer and power blender infomercials got to me. Ethnically my parents are Indian, but I was also born and raised in California, so I'm "totally" Americanized in most ways. Don't worry, I don't have an accent. I grew up just like any other middle class white kid. I drink socially, love good food and going to the movies, cooking and eating, and exploring new neighborhoods. I consider myself to be very open minded, interested in other cultures, very politically and socially liberal, and tolerant of others. I voted for Obama twice. I'll be voting for Hillary if she runs in 2016...which she will.
I joined Match to meet someone special...plain and simple. Overall I think this online thing is great in many ways, because it gives us the chance to cross paths with people we would otherwise not have the opportunity to meet in life. I'd love to meet a potential g/f that I could spend my weekends with...cooking together, going to the gym, taking road trips. You get the idea.
