I'm typically on the go and would love to find someone with whom I can share adventures! : ) I love to travel, meet new people and find fun things to do in new places. I enjoy almost anything on or in the water - surfing, paddle-boarding, kayaking. Inland, I love to jump on my mountain-bike and find a fun trail (sometimes hard in FL) and I also love to ski when I can make it out West. I also thoroughly enjoy eating yummy food and finding new restaurants wherever I am. I do indeed relax at times and love to read, practice yoga, hang w/ friends and family and meet up for happy hours. While I'm a big fan of movies, I don't watch much tv.
As to my roots...I'm originally from the Northeast. However, I've lived in Florida since '96 and in Tampa for over 10 yrs. I love it here, esp. b/c I now have a great network of friends and it's beautiful and warm! That being said, I'd still consider other places to live, esp. Austin or the Denver area.
While I have an advanced degree, I don't technically "use" it in my career, but it's good to have in my back pocket. : ) I'm in marketing and business development in the insurance industry. I travel to S Florida every other week for work and enjoy what I do.
When I'm not travelling for work, I LOVE to travel for fun. I've studied in Costa Rica and Spain (Salamanca) and have visited London, Paris, Rome, Lisbon, Madrid, the Canary Islands, Mexico and many islands in the Caribbean. There are MANY places I still want to visit and explore both here and abroad
I would be most compatible with someone who cares a great deal about others and has a genuine interest in helping people, even those they may not even know. I work hard, but always try to find balance and play harder when I can. So, someone with a strong work ethic, but who doesn't let work take over their life, would be a good fit. Someone who also cares about their health and fitness, but is always up for having fun, finding new adventures and sharing lots of laughs would be a great fit for me. In the end, it would be great to find someone to share great times with and possibly share my life with if that's the plan from above. Growing together in a strong faith is very important to me.
