Enjoying a full life being single yet know how much better things are when shared with someone. I'm confident the man I'm going to spend the rest of my life with is out there somewhere...now, just how to find him. With any luck he'll live somewhat close by, but time will tell. I'm not looking to date lots of men (serial dating, as you guys call it). I do miss being in a relationship and all that goes with it, so trying this with an open mind.
I'm easy to talk to, more adventurous than most, and am very down to earth. Men who keep themselves in good physical condition, enjoy laughing and good conversation are very appealing. Chemistry, mutual trust, respect and communication required. I'm an eternal romantic and will always enjoy doing little things to keep the spark alive, so looking for a man that feels the same. It's important we be lovers and closest friends, not just companions.
I have somewhat eclectic taste and enjoy so many things from cooking together, music and concerts, dancing, sailing and boating, gardening, movies, live theater, comedy shows, sporting events, museums, art galleries, flea markets, camping, wine, chocolate, relaxing at home, anything with friends, - to taking a walk together, or sitting on the couch and doing nothing at all. Try to get to the gym a few times a week at least, but admit I prefer dancing or spending the day walking somewhere. I like riding bikes also and have been thinking I'd like to get into that a bit more. I am a woman that will offer to help you with whatever project you're working on. I think it's fun to do things together and am not worried about getting dirty. It's spending the time together that matters - the place and activity are irrelevant. Having said that, I also think it's important to have separate time with friends and do things independently. It think that's as important as enjoying doing things together.
Love being outdoors, and especially love tropical climates. I enjoy going for drives, even more with the roof down. Other favorites are the mountains, driving country roads, exploring new (or even familiar) places, the changing of the leaves in fall and flowers in spring. I love to travel, do so when I can - so enjoying and being willing to travel with me is something I'd want in a relationship. Recently started taking some photography classes and really enjoying it. I really like the church I attend, so hoping you'll be willing to come along.
Family is and always will be important. Have one son in college, but am and will always be a mom who loves and wants to spend time with him - no matter how old he is. Have 2 dogs I thoroughly enjoy and love to play with. Joined recently and don't plan to make this a life long membership!
