I am so thankful to be back in CO after 8 years of moving around the U.S. I own a food truck focused on locally sourced and organic food, have a great group of friends, and would love to meet a chill guy who is just as happy to go for a hike as join in an intense game of bingo with veterans.
You will likely find me driving around town in a 1971 manual transmission step van, creating new recipes in the kitchen, trying to fit a 3 bedroom house into my new tiny apartment, or abandoning everything above to take off on a spontaneous vacation. I'm also always up for a dance party.
