Hi! I'm Scott. Small town southern boy from West Virginia (no worries I don't talk like a redneck, chew tobacco, or kiss my sister)...Been in Orlando for around 3 years......I have multiple degrees that I'm currently not using as I'm helping out a struggling family business come back from the grave. After I'm finished working whatever magic I might be able to contribute, it will be either back to the research lab or straight into teaching.
I work hard at whatever I'm doing, but I'd be lying if I said having an illustrious, high paying, time consuming career was my main life goal (I went to medical school for 3 years...so I had the option). I have great respect for the people that choose to do so, but I really think my great thing in life is going to be my family. I've had a few jobs but my all time favorite will always be as an afterschool care/summer camp counselor at the YMCA during undergrad. I just love being around kids and making them laugh. I've always leaned more towards the you only get one chance at this, why not spend the time being happy and around the ones you love. So that being said, I want someone who wants to take that next step towards starting a real relationship (trust me I'm not asking you to marry me on the first or hundredth date, just want it to be a possibility). I'm very laid back, I hear I'm kinda funny, and I pride myself on trying to be the best person I can be when it comes to helping others and doing the right thing .
