I’m positive and caring, and am looking for a man with similar characteristics who shares my sense of adventure. Weekends are basically guaranteed to include one outdoor activity or another, whether it’s a hike in Shenandoah, a run on the towpath, or a long bike ride with friends. DC brunch is great after a night out in the city; IHOP after camping is even better. Also, I’m originally from Tennessee and so hope you could at least tolerate my love of country music. Bonus points if you have Zac Brown Band on your iPod.
I’m attracted to guys who are confident and outgoing and who’d be up for exploring both in and outside of the DC area. I love to travel and made it out to Colorado this summer where I was stalked by a black bear, caught the Avett Brothers concert, and fell out of my raft – all which made for an awesome trip. My favorite times abroad include hiking in the Swiss Alps (the mountain James Bond skied down), and winetasting in Tuscany.
A great match would be someone who also loves learning about and experiencing the world, and who thinks it’s important to keep a healthy perspective on life and to never stop challenging yourself!
