Now for the Fun.
To say that I am eclectic is an understatement to say the least. There are times I really am a riddle in a puzzle wrapped in an enigma- even to myself. This is why I spend 3 days every year in the back country of Yosemite. This is when I get to know the person I have become in the last year.
Travel is a passion- even if it's up the coast to Monterey for the weekend. Need to wander- must have been a gypsy in a past life. California is the longest lived anywhere 8 years now.
Try not to watch TV- but occasionally get sucked into a show.
Believe in Government For the people by the people. Believe that most politicians start out wanting to do what is in the interest of the people but end up doing what is in the interest of themselves. Believe that Government needs to be afraid of the people not people afraid of the Government. Believe in the original constitution.
Line from a movie- "My father believes that most people walk around the world asleep, but the very few who are awake are in a state of constant amazement." See if you know this movie- obscure little film when it came out in 1990- however now has quite a following and is a great parable.
WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR:
Someone who knows the difference between being Rude/ Demanding and being Strong. Is there a difference between witty banter and being sarcastic? Understands the answer is 42 but doesn't know what the question is.
Also looking for adventure. I don't understand how people are satisfied with a simple daily routine of work, home, dinner, sleep, drinking and partying on weekends. This is not me- I want something fantastical.
Adventure must mean hopping on a plane or a car and just going- Once drove from NH to NY with 2 friends on a whim for New Year's Eve when we were 18.
