I am an adventure seeking, language learning, soccer playing, stupid joke making, car singing kinda girl. After I graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with my Teaching Credential in 2011, I moved to Germany for 8 months for a bit of an adventure-- it was the best decision of my life. Thanks to traveling and seeing the world, I feel even more confident, open-minded, and independent.
These days I am a history teacher in the East Bay for 10th and 8th grade students and I absolutely love my job. "Work" is never a burden. I joined Match because the people I'm around everyday are all under the age of 16...
I'm fluent in sarcasm and I love to laugh- so I appreciate someone with an excellent sense of humor. Family is very important to me (my family is awesome!) I'm outgoing, but I'm not above staying at home in my pj's with a marathon of a good show orrrr Lord of the Rings... Oh, I'm also kind of a nerd. It comes with the job description.
Playing and watching sports are a crucial element to my life- especially football and baseball. I was born and raised a diehard Giants fan.. I only cheer for the best! I also have played soccer for almost 20 years and love finding pickup games on the weekends. I'm actively involved in my church and help out with the middle school youth group once a week. My faith is very important to me and I want to find someone who can challenge me and grow together in this faith.
