I just can't seem to get around to finishing my match.com homework. :) In any case, here's a short blurb until I can complete my profile. I moved to the LA area about 2 years ago and love to be outside every moment I get the chance. Cycling is an activity I enjoy, trying to get in 100 miles a week to take advantage of the great weather we enjoy. I moved from Houston, TX, ecstatic to be rid of mosquitoes and the humidity; perhaps I'm making up for lost time. I'm passionate about cooking and would love someone for whom to create some delectable meals. Playing and writing music, drinking wine, beer, and enjoying a nice cup of coffee or latte with a friend or over a good book are some of my guilty pleasures. I'm a complete geek, enjoying all things tech, as well as musing about the latest developments in cosmology and quantum mechanics. A seemingly endless list of hobbies and constantly evolving pursuits help keep me busy; being a few hours shy from getting my private pilots license is a current example. I adore travel as well. For whom am I looking? A well rounded woman who shares some of my interests, is adventurous and likes to try new things, has a great sense of humor and doesn't take herself too seriously, and has that spark of spontaneity and joie de vivre as part of the fabric of her being. Enjoying the occasional glass of wine, good food, and good conversation certainly helps. :)
