Well this is all completely new to me but I am excited to meet new people and make new friends.
I have been in DC for a year and a half now; before that I lived in New York and California but grew up in South Africa before moving to the US just after high school.
I would have to say that my favorite thing to do is safari; but DC doesn't offer much opportunity for this. So instead I fill my time with some of my other favorite things: trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, singing loudly in the car, drinking wine, cooking and baking, and pretty much any activity involving water or snow (yes this African has learned to ski). Traveling and exploring new places are definitely on the list too.
I love my job and can be a tad too ambitious and driven at times. I cant imagine working and not enjoying your day - life is too short for that. I hope to meet someone who feels the same way.
Making me laugh is a key ingredient for a good "match". And if you also enjoy some of the things I do, we're off to a good start...
