In work and the more serious sides of life, I'm a long-term planning type of person. But when I have free time I like to enjoy it spontaneously. I like the going on roadtrips, trying new restaurants, exploring museums, people watching, and finding unique places within the city that I live in. I love beaches and all types of coastal areas. I'm a bit of an outdoors type of person, but I don't do outdoorsy stuff as often as I would. I recently took a class in sailing which was really fun and relaxing. Last summer I car camped in the desert for a night with my friends during the Perseid meteor shower, and it was absolutely spectacular.
Work keeps me pretty busy, but I'm passionate about what I do. Still, I always make time to hang out with friends and family, and just have fun.
I'm always up for new experiences. But I think what I'm doing is less important than who I'm enjoying it with. It's important to be friends first. I like people who enjoy the little things in life, are optimistic and light-hearted, but can be serious when necessary, take life in stride, and laugh freely.
