I like to travel everywhere and anywhere, go on long runs to nowhere in particular, laugh until it hurts, spend time with my friends and family, and enjoy the uniqueness of every moment. I'm a very laid back person, who hates worrying over unimportant things or things I cannot change. There are very few people that I don't get along with. I like to see the humor in what would be normal situations, and I love spontaneity and adventure.
I was born in Denver, grew up in Atlanta, moved to the Midwest for work, joined Peace Corps, and then made my way to the fine city of Washington, D.C.- I live in the city and work out in Maryland as a civil engineer at a small international development firm.
Travelling and living abroad has been a huge part of my life. From studying in Spain, working in Peru, doing Peace Corps in Honduras, and visiting many countries in between, I have developed a passion for travel and experiencing new cultures.
My friends and family are also very important to me. I am blessed to have such wonderful people in my life, and I would gladly do anything for them in a heart beat.
