I do love to smile and laugh, and I mostly appreciate intellectual humor and spontaneity. Having a great connection and conversation is very important to me.

I love my job. I am so passionate about it. It is very important to me, being the best I can be matters.
I love to be active, I run, walk, swim, exercise and spend time moving everyday.
My friends and family are so important to me. Every single one of them has helped me to get to this point in my life and I have been so very lucky to find them thus far.
My closest friends would probably describe me as an interesting combination of driven and focused, yet fun and unpredictable when appropriate. I often get in the car and go for long road trips with no destination in mind and hilarity frequently ensues. I love to laugh and can be somewhat sarcastic at times. I continually feel like I have been so lucky to meet the people I have met and had these really amazing experiences in my life thus far, but I truly believe the best is yet to come as well.
I am pursuing my goal of getting a doctorate and using music to help facilitate communication in people with neurologic disorders. I just got offered a position as a music therapist at The Louis and Lucille Armstrong Center for Music Therapy at Beth Israel Hospital. This requires music therapy and lots of vocal training. Before going back to school I worked as a teacher, and I loved it! I think that people are inherently good and I really enjoy helping people. It is really important to me to give back to others.
I am passionate about a lot of things; close friends would tell you I wear my heart on my sleeve. When I love something, you know it! I am exuberant and excited and love to share it with others. I am passionate about life and sharing it with the people that truly matter to me. I love new experiences as well!
I love baseball and football. You will find me at the bar with friends on Sunday watching the game, yes I have a jersey, no it is not of a quarterback on a cliche team. Or, randomly at Camden Yards for a game. Yes, I liked the Orioles even when they were terrible.
In terms of dating. I'm sorry, I am never went into the "casual whatever phase." Please don't even contact me if that is what you are looking for... no offense. Personally, I would love to meet a guy I can respect, admire, and have a great time with. Honestly, I want him to be as excited to see me as I am to see him, and for us to be a team in making each others lives better and having a great time doing it. However, finding some great friends as a result of this site would be wonderful too.
